Operational Framework

The Cristallina Model

A replicable system, not just a campaign.
An operational framework that transforms a territory into identity, method, innovation, and economic value, making the system recognizable, manageable, and measurable.

Operational Framework

It doesn’t start with a campaign. It doesn’t depend on a grant.

The Cristallina Model is a territorial development structure designed to last over time. It is not a promotional narrative, but an operational framework that defines identity, governance levels, digital tools, and measurable processes. A system designed to transform a geography into a recognizable, manageable, and verifiable ecosystem.

Four levels, one direction.

Each level enables the next, from recognizability to conversion into experiences and value. The model is not a theory; it is an operational structure designed to last, measure, and improve.

Four levels, one direction—from recognizability to conversion into experiences and value.
Structure

The 4 levels of the model, explained operationally.

Each level defines what to build, how to measure it, and what outputs it produces. The system works because it creates continuity, standards, and accountability.

Territorial Identity

Level 1

Building a shared identity means defining a recognizable perimeter, language, symbols, values, and narrative consistency. This level creates the common foundation upon which everything else can be managed.

What it includes

  • Destination identity, values, assets
  • Storytelling standards, tone, touchpoints
  • Territorial perimeter and consistency

Measurable outputs

  • Brand adoption and touchpoint consistency
  • Recognizability and reputation

In the project: Riviera Cristallina brand, guidelines, institutional tone.

Branding & Communication

Level 2

An identity works when it becomes consistent communication and a structured relationship with media, businesses, institutions, and the community. This level produces assets, verifiable narratives, visibility, and alliances.

What it includes

  • Content, media, press kits
  • Campaigns and structured storytelling
  • Editorial calendar and assets

Measurable outputs

  • Media coverage and partnerships
  • Community growth and qualified engagement

In the project: press kit, awards, partnerships, content calendar.

Technology & AI

Level 3

Technology is infrastructure: it organizes data, enables exploration, and transforms inspiration into choices. This level connects the website, Web Experience, App, and AI Travel Planner, and includes activations like Geofencing, making the user journey from digital to the territory measurable.

What it includes

  • Databases, data standards, and tracking
  • Web Experience, funnels, and user journeys
  • App, Geofencing, and territorial touchpoints
  • AI Travel Planner and integrations

Measurable outputs

  • Tool performance and data quality
  • Conversions and feature usage

In the project: Web Experience, App and Geofencing, AI Travel Planner, digital ecosystem.

Local Economy & Business

Level 4

The model is complete when it generates value, a business network, sellable experiences, and economic and employment impact. This is where identity, branding, and technology become a development system.

What it includes

  • Memberships and hospitality standards
  • Packages, local products, events
  • Activations and supply chain network

Measurable outputs

  • Number of members and active packages
  • Bookings, impact, de-seasonalization

In the project: business network, experiences, local activations.

Operational method

From territory to system, through cycles of improvement.

The Cristallina Model operates in phases: mapping, standardizing, activating, and measuring, ensuring continuity and accountability over time.

1

Listening and mapping

Data collection, identification of assets, perimeter, and priorities. An objective foundation to avoid improvisation.

2

Standardization and content

Rules, formats, assets, and shared tools. Consistency and quality become replicable.

3

Activation

Experiences, community, events, and touchpoints. The system goes live and generates real engagement.

4

Measurement and governance

KPIs, reports, roadmap, and accountability. Consolidating what works, correcting what doesn't.

Difference

Why it cannot be replicated through improvisation.

Promoting a territory is not enough; it requires a method that combines governance, technology, and continuity, making measurable what was previously fragmented.

Governance and Accountability

Traceable roles, processes, and decisions. The system does not depend on momentary enthusiasm.

Technology as Infrastructure

Data, tools, and funnels. Not just a "gadget," but an operational foundation that enables choices and conversion.

Measurability and Continuity

KPIs and continuous improvement. Built over time and consolidated through metrics and standards.

End-to-End Integration

Website, Web Experience, App, Geofencing, and AI Travel Planner form a single flow, from discovery to local activation.
